Buy now, pay later is just that. You get something now but you literally pay for it later with the stress and anxiety of incurring more debt

Amazing video, thank you! I use the rule “If I don’t have the funds, then it is not meant for me to buy the item.” This has worked wonders for me in life, and I believe that there are always hidden fees and loop holes that help the business gain money as you mentioned.

I agreed with you. Those are traps and very attempting. I have a similar plan with Macy's have a 0 interest for 2 years. The 2 years is coming due in September i have calculated each month how much to pay before the expiration promotional period. I made a payment earlier this month and called in and asked them to put the payment on my promotion and not not my minimum due they never did. I then called them back about 3 times and they never did. They have never done that before. I made another payment today and the rep. said it should be posted on Tuesday so i will be checking my account on Tuesday.

It took me so long to stop using that practice. If I can't afford it today, I don't buy! Thanks for a great video as usual ma'am! Hey Bola, what are your thoughts on Paying Off Debt verses Saving and Investing?
