Its completely a state government political drama that they loose their control on farmers, if farmers become rich how come state politicians live like kingpin, so these state politicians used farmers as pawns and succeeded in bring this bill down.
Centre has nothing to loose but the farmers lost their future.. I won't wonder if Congress comes in power they changes bill name and apply it farmers with some Gandhi name and they blindly accepts it.
