The "cool method" that I read online is that instead of utilizing 2 screws a man was able to prevent GPU sag by simply using 3 screws in the expansion slot insert. I don't know how he was able to accomplish this whenever the card only requires 2 screws.

Ive been taking out my gpu a few times to clean it up and the last 2 times when i plug it in it just doesnt click. Feel like something with the slot. It works when i mount the screws but without them it sags and just doesnt feel right. Will try this

My 3070 has a sag to it and it seems like it doesnt work unless the tower is on it side. I haven't had a black screen since I've done it. Standing it up after hrs of reinstalling and uninstalling drivers and such.. black screen. Im really starting to think this GPU sag is causing the black outs
One screw and sag could really damage your PC. Thats what I'm struggling with now. Crashes every restart, random artifacts and hangouts, all every time when driver is loaded when system starts. Sometimes artifacts appear in BIOS. Few moves of card, in and out and everything back to normal 😐
