Hey management at Nvidia, news flash: Only allow retailers to sell one new gpu to one customer, follow the same rules for in-house sales, and make orders of large quantities be limited to some number like 100/month and scale the cost up per card on larger orders to slow the purchase rate of miners. Also, include a tracking feature to allow cards to be tracked buyer specifically. This could be done with a registration process which logs a purchase number with an internal unique card ID. I know this is possible do to Warzone's hardware bans. This way miners can't have proxys buy cards for them and still have those cards used in a mining array, and only cards ordered in mass can be used by the same buyer to mine. Also make the miners pay an exponential premium for orders to be moved up in the production que to force them to slow down on their purchases.
