Looking for the BEST CRM software for your #SMMA? Today, we’re going to be talking about CRM systems, why your digital marketing agency should be using them, and how you can get a jump-start on lead management using the best #CRMsoftware on the market! Want to know more about the software I use for #DigitalMarketing? Check out THIS LIST of over 50 marketing tools to unlock your marketing potential! My Number 1 Recommendation… Check it out ️➡️➡️ Building and maintaining a relationship with your customers can be hard work, but if we add modern marketing tools to the mix, such as CRM software, developing customer relationships can be a breeze. So, what is CRM? “CRM” stands for “Customer Relationship Management.” It refers to a type of software that serves as a central location for all of your leads and clients, and helps you build your customer relationships by compiling and processing your customers’ information. If you’re wondering, “What is the best CRM software for my agency?” I’ve got SIX great options for you to consider where I’ve covered some pros and cons for each one (because no two marketing agencies are the same)! Here are the TOP 6 CRM systems for digital marketing agencies I’ll be discussing: Zoho – 02:11 Zoho is one of the most popular CRMs on the market, with features that enable you to streamline your sales pipeline. Find information in a snap with the help of ZIA Voice: an AI companion that fetches information based on any module, take notes while you dictate during a meeting, predict the outcome of sales activities based on accumulated data, detect campaign anomalies for immediate fixing, automate mundane tasks, and much more! Agile CRM – 03:30 Agile CRM is an all-in-one platform for your agency’s CRM needs. One of the best features of Agile CRM is gamification: a new trend that encourages competition and collaboration by displaying your sales team’s overall performance based on a customizable leaderboard. Bitrix24 – 04:24 Bitrix24 is a powerful CRM that provides an amazing value for small-to-medium-scale agencies. It’s got everything you need to seamlessly collaborate and communicate with your team, and you can customize and filter messages and dashboard results based on differing levels of access. Best of all, Bitrix24 is FREE for up to 12 users on their cloud-based plan. Salesforce – 06:07 Salesforce CRM is the undisputed KING of CRM. If you’re an established agency, earning at least $25,000 a month, and you have a large client base, this is the CRM for you. One reason I consider it to be one of the BEST CRMs for digital marketing agencies is that you’re able to customize your sales path, so you can see the progress of your backend processes and make adjustments when necessary. Hubspot – 07:35 Hubspot is a great CRM choice for any digital marketing company that’s just starting out, and it’s perfect for scaling. You can access all of Hubspot’s core functionalities (including contact management, Gmail and Outlook integration, reporting dashboard, canned snippets, email tracking and notification, meeting scheduling, and a whole lot more) for FREE, but as you grow your customer base and find yourself needing access to more advanced features, you’ll need to scale up your membership. The paid tiers can be a bit expensive, but they’re worth the price tag! Go High Level – 09:19 In my experience, Go High Level is by far the BEST CRM for digital marketing agencies. It’s affordable and has all the features that you need to help monitor you and your clients’ campaigns and messages. The dashboard has a clean and intuitive UI design that immediately displays opportunities, pipeline value, conversion rate, funnel overview, and any existing tasks you may have open. It’s also ideal to use the same platform for your clients, so you can give them access to their accounts, which will prevent you from having to sign up for another new account. I have gone through many different CRM's, some of the free ones are mediocre at best… If you are looking for true quality and an all-in-one package for web building conversion tracking, automation, integrations, reputation management and so much more… I strongly suggest you try out this one here(it's FREE with my link): @t this is a very new and constantly evolving software with training videos across all features. If you decide to sign up, I would be more than happy to help you get yourself situated with the interface. 🙂

Hey — I think the basic point that you didn't notice at all is that the Agencies work on a common database of past leads that they might have generated for various projects across clients. So while on one hand there is a Agency's Client Database and on the Other Hand there is a Core Prospects Lead Database that keeps growing with every lead gen campaign. I did not find any suitable CRM that is custom built around this use case – in case you have some in your mind – to reply to me

Is there a beginners class taught by someone to get up to speed with GoHighLevel? GoHighLevel is my first CRM and it looks it is going to be a long learning curve to be comfortable with it.

While many of these integrate features like Mailchimp, etc. you have to pay for those separately and HubSpot offers those marketing features built in….I wish you would compare that for cost as well and not just the base price.

I would add Pipedrive in this mix if you're looking for lightweight CRMs. Zoho is incredibly weak as a CRM and built on a dated tech stack. Salesforce is going to run expensive for most people starting out.

You can also build simpler CRMs these days with tools like Notion and Airtable.

in terms of "white labeling" this to all of my clients….. if I'm paying the $297/month and I'm having my 5 clients pay me $200/mo……. are they all able to see each other's crm data when they login? Or does Go High Level allow you to have individual private "tabs" for each client? Hopefully that makes sense

Should we include in our CRM potential prospects that we are going to get in touch with? (no contact yet at all) as "leads"? Or should we classify them as "contacts" first? Thank you in advance Jordan!

Agreed. Go High Level is best for agencies. Note, if you want to give your clients white label access via the GHL mobile app, that's an extra $497 month + the $297. I've set that up for clients and it works well to keep your branding in both scenarios.
